Yinkstoop: “Hey Derrick!”
Derrick: “Hey guys!”

[Panel 2]
(Otto asks Derrick a question from across the river, Derrick takes the bait)
Otto: “Derrick, you like chomping on wood right?”
Derrick: “Yeah, why?”

[Panel 3]
(Yinkstoop delivers the punchline to Derrick’s ego, Derrick does not pick up on the joke because he is so full of himself)
Yinkstoop: “Heard it’s the first thing you do in the morning, (chuckle) chomping on morning wood!”

[Panel 4]
(Derrick is living the joke by chomping on wood in the morning. There is also some animal saying “cock-a-doodle-dooo” in the distance, pretty neat huh?)
